Frozen Dough Sheets
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Keep frozen at or below -18°C
- Do not refreeze once thawed.
- If refrigerated, use within 1-2 days for best results.
- Keep covered to prevent drying in the fridge.
HOW TO DEFROST: (Overnight for best results)
- Remove the required number of dough sheet packs from the freezer.
- Thaw dough sheets on a flat surface in the fridge overnight, or at least 6 to 8 hours prior to use.
- Keep dough sheets in their original packaging.
- Once thawed, the dough should be soft and flexible.
- Use within 1-2 days for best results.
FOR QUICK DEFROST (Under 45 minutes)
- Remove the required number of dough sheets from the plastic sleeve.
- Separate dough sheets individually and place on a flat surface at room temperature.
- Cover dough sheets to prevent drying.
- Sheets will be ready to use in approximately 45 minutes.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR GöZLEME:
- Place dough sheet on a flat surface.
- Place fillings on one side, leaving a gap around the edges.
- Fold the dough sheet in half and press down on the edges to seal (brush edges with water if required).
- Peel back top part of film. Once peeled, flip over and carefully remove the remaining film.
- Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat (170°C).
- Add oil to the cooking surface.
- Place prepared dough sheet on the griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side whilst pressing down gently with a spatula and flipping occasionally for even browning.
- Slice into even pieces and serve with a wedge of lemon.
The dough sheet has been rolled out to optimal thickness and does not require further stretching. You may further stretch the prepared dough sheet once placed on the cooking surface if you prefer a thinner and crispier finish.
