COOKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR GöZLEME

  1. Place required number of dough sheets on a flat surface.
  2. Place fillings on one side, leaving a gap around the edges.
  3. Fold the dough sheet in half and press down on the edges to seal (brush with water if required).
  4. Peel back top part of film. Once peeled, flip over and carefully remove the remaining film.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat (170 °C).
  6. Add oil to the cooking surface.
  7. Place prepared dough sheet on the griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side whilst pressing down gently with a spatula and flipping occasionally for crisp even browning.
  8. Slice into even pieces and serve with a wedge of lemon.
